RETURNS POLICY

Digital downloads are strictly non-refundable.

For handmade, 'ready to ship' clothing, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except where items arrive damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong item.

Custom orders are strictly non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn, unused and unwashed.

Please DO NOT return your item without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once returns are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at feerietelle@gmail.com.
